Couldn't recommend more for spending night

Spacious room, amazing views, with a great breakfast selection that was cooked perfectly and free wi-fi made our stay enjoyable.

Everything exceeded my hopes.

The location is unbeatable, just steps away from scenic views and charming town life. The room was cozy, with a warm ambiance that made our stay incredibly comfortable. Breakfast featured delicious croissants and high-quality ingredients, reflecting the hosts' attention to detail. the absence of dog-friendly policies limits future visits for pet owners, and the lack of stunning views during our stay due to cloud cover was a slight disappointment.

During my recent visit to Lakeside House, I enjoyed a warm welcome, delightful breakfast, and stunning views of the fells. I did notice some street noise, but this did not detract from the overall pleasure of our stay.

We had a fantastic time staying by the Theatre by the Lake, just a short walk away. The place had a lovely view and was perfect for our family of seven. The breakfast was incredible, offering a wide variety of tasty options that even pleased the vegans in our group.

My kids wished there were more activities on-site for families.

The views from my room were simply breathtaking 😍. Waking up to those mountain ranges was magical! the bathroom felt a bit cramped for my liking.

Charming room, delightful breakfast, the breakfast was delicious with a great selection to start the day and the location was excellent, just a short walk to explore the quaint town. There is convenient luggage storage for your bags and free wi-fi in the rooms.

Amazing views and friendly vibes!

We just had the best 3 nights at this place! The view from our room was breathtaking, really hard to beat! Super close to the lake and town, but still peaceful. The owners were so friendly, they felt like friends right away. Just wish the breakfast hours were a bit longer. I like to sleep in sometimes!

The location couldn’t be better, just a short stroll to the town center and stunning views of Hope Park! My room was warm and cozy, complete with tea facilities (hello, my daily cup! ). Breakfast was a feast of local delights, offering a selection where even the pickiest eaters will find something delicious. 😍

Lakeside House provided a tranquil atmosphere during my business trip, with warm hospitality from the staff. My room was well-appointed, featuring stunning views of the fells and an exceptionally comfortable mattress for a restful night. The breakfast was noteworthy, offering a variety of local and healthy options including fresh fruit, homemade granola, and a selection of hot dishes cooked to perfection.

The bathroom was a bit small, though adequate.

Nice stay with stunning views of the fells. Breakfast had great options for health-conscious guests. Limited hot water in the bathroom was a hassle. Loved the proximity to mini golf and water sports.

The location was ideal, within a short walk to the town center and the lake, and the room was clean and bright with lovely mountain views. Breakfast was exceptional, featuring local produce and various healthy options that set us up nicely for the day. One small downside was the lack of on-site parking, which could be inconvenient but manageable.
